Rachelle is an edtech consultant, presenter, attorney, author, & Spanish and STEAM Emerging Technology teacher. She has a Juris Doctor Degree , a Master’s in Instructional Technology, and is pursuing a doctorate in Educational Technology. Rachelle is an ISTE Certified Educator, recipient of the ISTE Making IT Happen Award, & five presidential gold and silver awards for volunteer service. She was one of 30 K-12 IT Influencers in 2021. She is the author of seven books including "In Other Words: Quotes That Push Our Thinking", "Unconventional Ways to Thrive in EDU", "The Future is Now: Looking Back to Move Ahead”, “Chart A New Course: A Guide to Teaching Essential Skills for Tomorrow’s World", "True Story: Lessons That One Kid Taught Us", "Your World Language Classroom: Strategies for Digital and In-Person Instruction", and her newest book "Things I Wish [...] Knew" which includes the voices of 50 educators from around the world.  Rachelle is also a Getting Smart columnist and writes for Defined learning and NEO LMS>
